Terms of sale

Orders are paid in full before they ship, on one of the rails listed at checkout. No card details are taken anywhere on this site.

An order sits at awaiting payment until a receipt is uploaded and matched against the receiving account. A payment that cannot be matched is marked as such and you will be emailed about what is needed.

Joining a buy is a purchase, paid in full at the time you join. The target shown on a buy is the count that gets the lot price down. It is not a limit and passing it does not close the buy.

A buy stays open until it is closed by hand. If a buy is cancelled, every order on it is marked refunded and the money is sent back on the rail it came in on.

Reference material cannot be returned once it has left here, for reasons that should be obvious for a temperature controlled product. A parcel that arrives damaged, short, or wrong is replaced or refunded.

Raise it by replying to the confirmation email, or writing to lajresearch@proton.me, with the order reference within seven days of delivery.

Orders are accepted from people aged 21 or over who are acquiring the material for laboratory research applications. An order that indicates otherwise is cancelled and refunded in full.
