Shipping and handling
Flat rate, cold packed, tracked. Nothing leaves here until the payment against the order has been matched.
Rates
Shipping is within the United States only. Every order ships at a flat $10, or $15 when it includes a bulky box. The rate is shown on the order before anything is paid.
Timing
Payments are usually matched the same day they are uploaded. Once an order is confirmed it is packed and handed to the carrier on the next collection.
A group buy ships once the run closes and the lot has come back from the laboratory, not when you join it. The journal carries the date for each run.
Tracking
Every parcel ships tracked. The number appears on your order page as soon as it is assigned, and each carrier scan is written into the check log automatically.
You do not need an account for any of this. The order reference is enough to see everything, and the updates also go to the email on the order.
Packing
Lyophilised material travels cold packed. Vials are boxed rigid, not in a padded envelope, because a crushed vial is not a refund conversation anybody enjoys.
If something arrives broken or short, reply to the confirmation email or write to lajresearch@proton.me with a photo and the order reference, and it gets sorted out.
